tattoo time...

So Tomorrow is the day, I will finally be inked. Its only taken me 8years to work out what my first tattoo is going to be...haha I am glad it took this long though.

So here are the designs :D
One for each leg. Yup they are quite a big design, too big for my ankle, so they are going on the outer side of my calf. I will get the green/red/yellow one done tomorrow probably and the other on Monday. I will be sure to post pics :D

I convinced Grace to wear her funky longies today long enough for me to get a couple of cute photos.

It isn't quite cold enough to start wearing longs just yet but the weather is getting REALLY nice, comfortable anyways without airconditioners.

anyways so here she is, growing up so quickly. Turning 3 in June...OMG

well its been a while since I last posted. We lost internet over a month ago but finally we are set up again. Its been a nice but also frustrating break as we do all our net banking online and I also have my dread store and orders to make. But YAY we are back :D

Lucy turned 1 on the 23rd March. Can't believe she is one already. Such a big girl. Today she is unwell and has been sleeping most of the day.

Here is a pic I took last weekend while we were visiting the beach with our family for easter. I have so many pics to share of all the kids but have yet to upload and resize and all that jazz.



I have spent this time off the puter knitting. I have made a very funky curly purly soaker, which is a fave, 1 pair of shorties and 3 pairs of longies. I am half way through a pair at the moment but am, not happy with them. I am trying my best to use up the majority of the wool that I have in my stash before buying more...oh except the desire custom slot I got a few days ago with Kelly from Dyelicious. Can't wait for that one :D

Woolaholics Capris Swap.

I have neglected my blog for a while now so thought I should update.

I have been busy. Lots going on in my life as always. I am struggling with alot of personal issues. Nothing new, things that have been a struggle in my life for a long time. I am trying to distance myself more and more from the computer. I did stay away for a full day and night. Now that sounds rediculous like who couldn't do that but nope I did find it hard to do that before. Yesterday was a sinch though :)

anyways so I have been involved in a capris swap and I recieved mine today. They were made by Kym, I'm pretty certain thats Kym as in Inakidknit??!!! :D

I LOVE THEM. They are a perfect fit. They are sensational. The colours are GORGEOUS!!! I just love love love them. Lucy wore them out straight away while we picked up Z from school and did a little shopping today. Gosh I want more now :D hehe

I am working on mine tonight. I have pulled mine apart and started over about 6 times now. I am so scared that they won't fit properly :S ahhhhhh hehe

Lily's Birthday

Yesterday was an awesome day. Lily had a great time. She loved all her gifts. Unfortunately it rained all day and most the night, actually I am happy about the rain, just meant the kids didn't get outside the house for any kind of play.

We spent time in the morning looking through Lily's box of stuff from her time in hospital. It was quite emotional yet exciting and wonderfull at the same time.

Also Lily's Shop Hannamania open seam pants came right in the nick of time :D I am so Happy with these pants and think they are brilliant. The fit is perfect and they look so funky. I'll definately be buying other items from Sharon :D
I also bought a PJ set for Lucy made by Sharon's Cousin Ellie. They look soooo adorable :D
